Not enough Doctor/River love out there, I'm sad to agree, so this lovely piece makes me all the more happy~
Kudos for all the details (I never realised River's belt had all these knobs... looks a bit Dalek-y, doesn't it? O_O) and shading~ <3

Yeah I realized that I accidentally forgot to add a row more to her belt, but ah well
