Description
Out of all the supporting characters in Nineteen-Ninety-Something, Denise is the one who I'm most eager to work with more. She started out as a parody of the spacey New Age trend of the late '80s and early '90s, but I'm looking forward to giving her more of a three-dimensional personality. I liked how much at odds she was with Rick in the 3/31/91 strip, so I recently had the idea for a future storyline where she and Aaron end up dating for a while - I think I could get a lot of mileage out of that

Technically, under the current canon, he turned her down 'cause she wouldn't stop talking about how much better her New Age lifestyle is. That's Denise's main character flaw - she means well, but she can be kind of annoying and condescending when she gets on a roll.

This is gorgeous! I love the idea of Aaron and Denise getting together for a while. Of course, I'd imagine Aaron wouldn't be able to hear her eco-preaching over her boobs.

We do get a lot of characters who have small roles who later on become part of the storyline. So, I say give her a shot. She could be the friendlier Hayley Smith.

I certainly approve of seeing her develop more as a character. Seeing more underwater and/or nude stuff with her would also be great. I think she has a lot of potential to be a character encouraging open healthy discussion of sexuality and fetishes. Like I see her in the future being open about/celebrating the sex she has and running a show like Sexplanations where she educates people on the plethora of sex stuff and encourages curiosity.

Denise is a character that I really like, is very funny seeing wants to assert his ideas a completely urbanized world.
I recently realized that Denise and Tabitha have very different characters, but also very similar (they are also two very innovative characters).
Would not it be fun to see Denise and Tabitha get compared ...
Another idea for a design would be to see how the two characters are in their underwater at ease.
Denise could take a yoga pose and Tabitha a provocative pose ...
