Description
First of two recent commissions for featuring his "Fairly OddParents" fan-character Ryan, and this is definitely the sexier of the two! Poor Ryan is so shy around girls, and yet he keeps getting mixed up with the cutest babes that Toontown has to offer. Tonight, it's a slumber party between Frankie, Katara, Musashi, and Shego, and Ryan's got a prime front-row seat for their pillow fight. Is it because of the likelyhood of the pillows accidently whiping off clothes? 
And whenever I have a pillow-fight with a friend of mine, we always go to far and manage to wack eachother senceless...

I dunno...I just don't know. I realize that this is a commission and, in layman's terms, you gotta do what you gotta do, but...I just find this a tad stupid. I mean, something like this->[link] where the characters crossing over are aware that they're just that are funny, but a situation like this is just dumb. What would the backstory on this be? "Oh, hey, I just got invited to a slumber party where there are four girls from different universes, and now they're having a pillow fight on top of my bed. Oh, and I'm a fan character."
I'm sorry if this sounded harsh, but I feel it had to be said.

With the Ryan drawings that I do for , I don't go the self-aware route, since the point of the drawing is that Ryan is so darn nervous around women, no matter who they are (or what series they're from). So it's really more of a depiction of Ryan's point of view - "I don't know who these women are or where they came from, and what do they want with me?"
So I never really felt an explanation for the crossovers was necessary. I've loosened up with crossovers a lot recently, as I tend to treat most characters as if they were actors playing a part instead of just being locked to one role all the time. Think of this as just another scene they have to act out, written by a different writer.

I think it would be pushing your luck if you did that. A lot of idiots would use it as an excuse to flag it to feed their dwindling sense of smugness. But then again, she's the only one with bottoms on!

Man, when it comes to toon babes, you really got a knack for em XP. and i gotta say, i didn't expect ya to give a new look for Frankie, i figured you'd use her nightgown from the actual series, but this is even better X3. and that's a surprise to see Mushashi/Jessie in there, you couldn't resist could ya?
