Vince and Chantelle are among my most underused Forever 16 characters – so far, they’ve appeared in exactly one strip [link] , and Chantelle didn’t even have any dialogue in it. I’m working on remedying that at the moment (I’m in the process of writing a two-week story that focuses on them), but until then, I did this to get me warmed up.
