Thank you so much for requesting a critique through The-Photo-Club !
Please note the below critique is my personal opinion and is meant to serve as an outside perspective of your photography and not meant to offend or upset in any way!

Initial Thoughts: It makes me want to be there! I wish I could visit this place one day.
What I Love: First of all: you hit the bull's eyes with the point of view! I think you really took advantage of it because we can see the city in bias, which allows us to discover this cityscape in a really dynamic way. It doesn't flatten the perspective at all so we can enjoy every single details with the buildings, streets, and let our imagination flows. The lightning is also great! It remains soft but still delivers a strong summer feeling and it's not easy to keep a balanced lightning during a sunny day. I especially like the way the water is lighten up to give us a main part in the picture that catch our eyes. The texture of it, deep and undulating, is also wonderful. Last, you used brillantly the leaves at the left and bottom so it gives an interesting natural frame which contrast with the city life.
What I Think Needs Work: I think there are two things that could make me appreciate this photo a lot more. Firstly, I am personnally not really enthusiast with the colors. This is really a matter of tastes and it can be appreciated by other visitors! But in a strictly personnal point of view, I think your photo would have gain to be better with less saturation as it would magnify the "contemplative-relaxing-holiday" feeling. As said before, I find that water's colors are wonderful but in contrast, the city's colors are less harmonious, especially with the green tones that seperate them and there are some red points that catch my eyes uselessly. Also, the natural frame is really original but it takes too much importance in the overall picture. When I put a piece of paper on my computer's screen, I realize that the city part would have been more improved if you had recut the leaves, especially at the left. The frame is here to embellish the view and it would be interesting to give more place to the main subject, which is your citysscape.

Overall Score: 6 / 10 | You delivers us a contemplative moment of humankind with this cityscape as the distance with it can feed our imagination in a dynamic perspective. It would have been even more relaxing with natural tones that still catch our eyes.

Initial Thoughts: Wow - look at those colors! Such a vibrant photograph
What I Love: There are a few things I love with this photo - I really like how you framed the left and bottom of the photo with the leaves; it gives the photo a whole feeling of depth and adds so much to this photo. I also really love like I said above all the colors - there are so many and it goes from super bright and vibrant with the crystal blue water and sharp green landscaping to those deep dark purples and deep dark blues where a cloud is looming over parts of the city. The sharp contrast between greenery and the city builds is amazing and you've got a great eye to have captured it as such!
What I Think Needs Work: I think overall the end product could have been much stronger with a few changes. For one it feels like the landscape and city could have been a bit sharper, it may have been sharp when taken but it appears pixelated and that is making everything a bit fuzzy which takes away from the overall feel. Also, as much as I love love love that framing from the leaves I think if the leaves were out of focus it would have made for a very sharp contract to the cityscape and given the whole photo a stronger feeling of sorta looking through the tree line to discover a beautiful sight below. Playing more with depth of field could have really impacted this photo in a strong way.

Overall Score: 6 / 10 | Base of a really strong photo and you have a great eye for visualizing and capturing it - playing a bit with DOF and upping the overall quality would help make this a super strong stand out piece!
