This is a sampler version of "Ryka's Rave", a KiSS doll I made in the past. Because of my present limited knowledge (and patience
) with Flash, I was only able to encode the basic stuff. You can only dress up Ryka here, she can't dance or do any of her other animations, which happens to be the central feature of the the full version. And the buttons (move, music, menu) are disabled, they won't do anything if you click them, just to be clear.I still included a few extras with this sampler though. I recreated the animated DDR background stage available in the doll, and I encoded the clothes so that they snap on to Ryka for convenience!
Sorry that I couldn't encode the Flash version so that Ryka can dance, but encoding it once in the past was enough! The finished script I once made for the full version was perhaps longer than the term papers I wrote for my philosophy classes! XP

The Dressup looks basic but the designs are very good
the DDR screen added nicely for BG touch... XD parang nasa Gameboy-color version of DDR. heheh

The clothes were kept really basic in design here because each article of clothing needed to be animated in the original KiSS version, to move along with Ryka's dance cycle. Man, I tell you, every new piece needed at least 8 frames of animation, not to mention be manually encoded in the KiSS doll!
Tinamad na talaga akong ma-recreate pa uli yung animation na iyon sa flash, kaya hanggang dito na lang ang nagawa ko. At least may snap-to at BG animation pa rin!

It's a reasonable likeness. That was my aim here: to try and recreate the way a KiSS doll works in flash format!

Salamat! Natutunan ko na naman kasi kung paano gumawa ng basic KiSS doll e, kaya dapat lang na alamin ko at subukan kung ano ang mga iba pang features na pwedeng i-encode sa isang flash doll.
Sana nga lang at alam ko kung paano i-encode ito para maipakita ang lahat ng features ng original. Pero tinignan ko lang uli yung encoding script ng original KiSS file at...

Well, you can download a free KiSS viewer at Otakuworld.com if you want to open the original full version. But I think that it might be a hassle for people.
So I made this flash sampler. At least with this Flash, people can get a look at what a small part the KiSS doll is like.

Sumasayaw pa siya sa original version at sumusunod yung damit niya, pero mahirap (imposible) para sa akin na i-encode uli iyon sa flash para maging katulad nung original KiSS doll. Pero at least masusubukan niyo naman sa flash na ito kung ano yung itsura nung KiSS doll.

Yep, that's pretty much it. I wanted to make it like the original version, but I don't know how to re-encode it into flash!
The original version has the main feature of making her dance and letting the clothes follow the animation. But you have to download and install the KiSS viewer before you can play with it. This flash doll lets people get a sneak peek without the hassle of having to download the original KiSS doll AND the viewer.

Yep, the original version is definitely a lot more complex than this. But at least it gives people who are not familiar with KiSS sets to see what the doll was like!
