This was created using stock from PoorSouls-stock [link] , also MJRanum-stock [link] , and finally, my own stock photography (the background). I also used the clouds filter in PhotoShop. I was browsing through deviant art and came across this beautiful shot from PoorSouls-stock gallery, and as soon as I saw it I thought to myself, ELF! I began messing with the image to give it more of a paint effect and this was the result. I wanted to leave out the fairies, but it just felt empty, so I left them. I didn't take my time w/ the fairies like I did w/ the main image. It took me a day's worth of work, but compared to how long something like this would've taken me before, I'm rather proud of myself. This was done using PS CS3 and CS, and also my Wacom Bamboo... It might be small, but it gets the job done. One day I hope to have a Cintiq. That beast is AWESOME!
