this should look kind of time and spaceless, if u know what i mean, and yes, the eyes look like this on purposeplease write a critique for this

I definately think that the eyes are stunning. Very well done, she is beautiful to begin with but your edit and lighting are also very nice. I also think that the crop makes it a more dynamic shot - in that your eyes follow from the top corner of frame diagonally to the bottom. Her hair being parted in an almost mirrored fashion is also really nice. There is at least one thing about this that is (I feel) distracting from the "amazing-ness" that is this models eyes. The way the lower right side of the models face feels like all of the texture has been removed in editing. It starts on the right side of her nose and follows all the way down to her chin. If you look really carefully you can even see where the editing stops because the texture of her face changes and you can see the tiny hairs on her chin and goosebumps on her neck that are book ending the edit. I think that the softening was used *just* too much, I feel like if you backed off by one or two layers, just so that she still had a little texture on the right side of her face this would be AWESOME. Her eyes are so captivating that the rest of her face doesn't need to be "perfect" - too few imperfections make photos look "fake." Overall though, stunning work!

wooow first of all, i thank you very much for this critique, and iΒ΄m proud that you liked this work! (btw. itΒ΄s both me, the photographer and the model :3) but that doesnΒ΄t really matter i think. ehm well the problem with the texture was really the point that had let me think about wether i should upload it here or not, because actually my intention was, as you noticed right, to get it a look such as in model magazines, but iΒ΄ve overdone the blur on the skin... it was a bit difficult to have this effect on the whole skin and so i interrupted editing at this point :-/ that was maybe a fault... i think next time i have to spend more time on editing and then more precise, but anyway thank you very much

I love the expression. You somehow looks evil and angry and it fits really well with the cutting and everything else about the photo! The eyes are AMAZING! I simply love them. They really enhance the angry effect of this photo!
The editing is really good too. The skin almost flashes out and are close to being overexposed, but you manage to keep it on the line and it doesn't cross over to the overexposed! Good work! I also like how you've decided to keep the little part of your skin in the bottom of the photo, as it adds some depth to the photo.
I don't really know if I feel it as time- or spaceless, but I feel more like something is about to happen, because of the expression.

The lighting is ok.
However, the retouching you applied is very hard.
First of all, you should have kept the skin texture. I see that you applied both sharpness and blur on some areas. Near her mouth I see zones with blur and no texture, and zones with oversharpened texture.
Your aim is to go for the magazine look. In the good quality magazines, keeping the skin clean is a must, but you also have to keep the texture. No blur is allowed.
Another important element is skin color/ tone. Her neck seems to have a desaturated area.
Another element are the eyes. If you want to have a magazine look, remove the red veins or make them smaller and less red.

Well, seriously, to me, it looks like a photo of a model in a fashion magazine. Very beautiful and very well done, with the lighting, the softness, the facial expression, the angle of the head, and the gracefulness of the hair wisping across the face. I'm very impressed.
