Once the Turtles, Rainbooms, Allies, and Titans catch up to Red X, he reveals his plan along with the kidnapped Raph, strapped to a missile. Red X explains that he loaded the rocket with a "surprise", they assume is the stolen mutagen, that'll explode over Jump City and blow up Raph in the process. Then he launches the missile and sits a bunch of Kraang droids and Biotroids on them.
