I was really happy with the way my Wonder Woman poster turned out so I wanted to do another. I decided to do Aquaman because hes basically a second tier superhero who doesn't get much attention.Like the Wonder Woman poster its a photoshop collage pieced together from many of different images. Other than the hand on the trident, I used one main image for Aquaman himself. But ended up having to change the head and face a lot to get that classic DC superhero look.

You know, this is the best Aquaman I have ever seen. The costume is really neat, and his appearance suggests majesty. I like it for those reasons, but also because he is, in fact, something of a second-tier super who doesn't get much attention. Any chance you'll do Superboy next? I'm guessing most don't bother with the younger Kryptonian since he's just a handsome jock in a black Superman t-shirt. I'd like to see him, though! Especially in your art form.

I have seen a few, but I don't remember what the addresses were. But from my experience free stock sites don't have good selections. I would just google "free stock photography" and see what comes up.

I was trying to do characters that you dont normal see done in live action. There a ton of live action versions of batman which is why I havent done one of him yet.

It's good to see someone giving one of my favorite super heroes some love, after all the hate of Aquaman lately. Hopefully with Geoff Jones on board as writer, there will be some awesomeness coming through soon.

Thank you, the circle texture is actually styrofoam. But it worked perfectly for the scales on his shirt.
