Part Two

Anguirus

Anguirus crawled out of the ocean and onto the beach of Monster Island. He approached Godzilla with caution. Once Godzilla was aware of the approaching monsters presence he turned to look at him. Anguirus began to make a series of roars and grunts towards Godzilla. It was almost as if Anguirus was trying to communicate with Godzilla. Godzilla did not respond back. In fact, it was eerie how soundless Godzilla now was in his undead form. He did not roar or grunt. The only sound that came from him now was the thundering of his foot steps.
Godzilla lunged forward and grabbed Anguirus’ arm. Godzilla locked his jaws around Anguirus’ arm and began chewing. Anguirus’ roared in pain and struggled to break free. Anguirus’ jumped forward and lunged the crown of spikes on his head into Godzilla’s side. Godzilla fell backwards, releasing his grip on Anguirus who stumbled away from his enemy.
Godzilla quickly regained his balance and chased after Anguirus. In a desperate attempt to protect himself, Anguirus rolled himself up and allowed the spikes on his back to cover him like a shield. Godzilla grabbed the shell and with great forced pulled back on it causing it to become partially ripped off from the body. Anguirus fell dead into the green fumes that had slowly branched out from the meteorite. A few moments later, Anguirus awoke with lifeless eyes.

I wanted to do something a bit different with Anguirus other than just removing some of his flesh to make him appear Undead. I thought it would be cool to have his shell apart from his body so that we could see the bones underneigh.

When it comes to the coloring. I applied a light shade of black and then went over that with a light shade of brown. Finally, i mixed it all with white to give it the pale undead look you see now.
