Not so sure, Dredd has the superior Arsenal, mobility advantage with his motorcycle, is stronger & tougher, has more experience fighting stronger and tougher opponents that the Punisher has fighting stronger & tougher opponents. While I feel Punisher has the advantage in stealth & speed.
Hand to hand is debatable.

These characters are so similar in style and personality more or less both are gritty and hardcore badasses . On one hand I think Punisher has more experience and better hand-to-hand combat training. While Dredd has the better technology and weapons. This fight could go either way but i give an edge to Punisher unless he tries to use the Judge gun then he's screwed

Because not only is he skilled in open combat and a variety of weapons, but he's also a master of stealth and psychological warfare--- So he has many tactics to work with to eventually wear down Dredd and deliver the killing blow...Β
But I don't doubt Dredd's skills ether honestlyΒ

Wow I honestly don't know who will win, on one hand you've got the cybernetically enhanced human who can box the immortal Lobo, but on the other hand you have an experienced soldier and mutant fighter who leveled the entire Marvel verse. Anyway I can't say who will win exactly but it would be a damn good fight

Anyways, giving this one to Judge Dredd. They're pretty even, but due to Judge Dredd being genetically engineered thus has enhanced strength, durabilityΒ and other things like, and his futuristic weaponry, which would be far superior over The Punisher's. I'd say he wins in the end.

The Punisher became a vigilante because he felt the law wasn't doing the job- see not only real world criminals getting off scot free (e.g., John Gotti, the "Teflon Don"), but the criminals in Marvel Comics getting off despite committing acts of terrorism that would get them tried in military tribunals instead of civilian courts (e.g., Wilson Fisk, the "Kingpin," attacking a SHIELD base in the 1994 'Spider-Man' cartoon). In Mega-City One, the Punisher would have no reason to feel this way.
If the Punisher fought Judge Dredd, I believe Dredd would win, but if the Punisher lived in the world of 'Judge Dredd', they'd have no reason to fight, because Frank Castle would be a judge himself, andΒ fight crime the same way he did in 'Punisher'- and get away with it, because Judge Dredd fought the same way!

Tough choice for me. I mean, the punisher is almost a master of all things weaponry I think, and Dredd has a gun that can almost shoot anything. It could go either way maybe.
