I Recently Got The Dimension Shellshock DLC for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge so I decided to give the TMNT Movesets for a SSB style game based on my Shared Crossover Fanfic Universe The Jefimus Primeverse, and I figured I'd start with Leonardo. Keep in Mind The TMNT's movesets will be a mix of their many fighting game appearances most notably Tournament Fighters, Injustice 2 and Nickelodeon Allstar Brawl.

Leonardo's Intro is the same in Iniustice 2 and Nickelodeon Allstar Brawl

He Says

Standard: Shining Cutter

Taken straight from Tournament Fighters this projectile attack is retooled into being a water based attack thanks to Leo's newly acquired Water Chakra

Taken from Injustice 2 Leonardo swings his swords around in front of him causing solid damage, even on block.

Taken from NALSB Spins into a tornado and then levitates
