I swear I'm going to have actual character descriptions some day! I don't know because of how wearily often I change the damn thing. But, I like what I have for Mileena.
See, what she is using is fire. But it isn't cold flame or what have you. Rather, it's dragon's fire, a soul-borne flame that burns according to the wielders will. Having needed to absorb and overcome the soul of an ancient dragon with her will, Mileena is effectively immortal. Short of having her head removed, she cannot die, and she has unleashed her wrath upon the elvish Siderius Empire for fifty years.
She's a young immortal.
