Description I didn't this cute little experiment where I place droplets of water on the paper, then take a picture. It's only temporary though, I dried it afterwards.

you could always use something like hot glue to try to replicate the dropplets

the droplets look really pretty,
the light and everything
at first i thought they were beautiful azure shining stones or that sort of thing,
but water seems more plausible!

No, it wouldn't look clear ish then. To separate small amounts of paint into each droplet, I think it's quite impossible!
