amazing work again! For critique id say the lighting could be more dramatic it would make the work have a more intensive and submissive vibe in it. Also maybe some water droplets on her, since she is surrounded by water.

The colors are amaziiiiing ! The shades of blue for the sea, the kind of fire effect on the end of Mera's hair and the sky with pink really match with each other. The foam effect at the back of the drawing is nice
I really love your design/drawing style (particularly the eyes that are always stunning and lips). The only things that are disturbing are the right leg (give kind of chicken legs effect) and the hand (but I can't really say anything because hands are really difficult to draw). I hope you will keep going on doing such amazing drawings
