... which isn't actually that controversial at all, I think I see a lot of people have similar opinions, lol. Man, I haven't done one of these in forever.

I won't lie, the original meme was a complete eyesore-- yellow on a bright pink background is not good! So I felt the need to make a lot of adjustments accordingly. Now this meme is a little more easy on the eyeballs.

Fav Character: Ms. Bellum-- I was close to picking the Mayor himself, but I think it says a lot about how much weaker the series is without Bellum. She's the straight-woman to all of the nonsense that happens. Not to mention, I always loved the gag of characters that have their faces unseen or out of view, it's a classic.

Despised Character(s): The citizens of Townsville themselves. I know them being stupid was the joke (and probably an exaggerated reflection of real life), but I think starting with the movie and then into further seasons they definitely became more outright malicious and somehow dumber.

Favorite Episode: Power-Noia, which is an episode that my brain almost thought didn't exist. Mind you, I give this the trophy of "best episode" in terms of action and focus on the girls. If we're speaking in terms of the funniest episode, then this one doesn't come close at all.

Despised Episode: I thought hard about this one. I know a lot of the Season 5 and 6 episodes are bad, but I think "Moral Decay" hits all of them out of the park. Actually, I think Season 3 has a total of worse episodes than 5 and 6 do. Comparisons aside, the worst part about this episode? The same set-up was used in the comics except better. So I just prefer to discard this episode from canon and replace it with its comic counterpart~

Overrated Character(s): I feel bad saying this because a lot of people say this, but yeah, it's the Rowdyruff Boys. I don't dislike them! But they only make five proper appearances in total, and only two of these episodes are great. The rest are kinda on the meh side, and it felt like their return was a classic case of the show trying to win ratings back.

Underrated Character: Steve, the monster! Remember him? From Super Zeroes? Yeah, you wanna know how long it took for him to reappear in the series again?

It took Steve 14 years to finally come back in the IDW comics, Issue 7 and 8, where he became the king of Monster Isle.

Pretty great development I'd say. Not to mention, he's a pretty likable monster! Not outwardly mean, just doing his job! This big guy definitely needed to be appreciated more.

Favorite Villain: If you asked me years ago, I'd say either Mojo or Boogie Man, but in my current age, my favorite villain is HIM. For the "most evil, cruel villain", I find a lot of his little sarcastic quips and attitude to be strangely relatable! Not to mention, if HIM is involved with an episode, high chance that it'll be a great one.

Despised Villain: Gonna be real here, I love absolutely all of the villains in this show, even the late season ones that weren't as impressive... except these three; The Fluffy Bunch. The kicker is that you could replace them with the White Kitty from Season 1 and nothing changes! So what exactly was the point?

Favorite Pairing: I don't ship here. The characters of PPG don't have enough chemistry to ship with and I'm also not comfortable with it. (If we're talking PPG FCs, then my tune changes though)

Despised Pairing: Any adult and minor pairing is disgusting. I picked out HIM for this because it also doubles in possible "queer erasure" which is a term I don't like using. The guy definitely ain't straight, he likes to be fanned by muscular dudes.

Aaaand then there are some opinions off to the side, plus a new sona I made for myself and may use in the future.

I'm not gonna link back the OG meme because the original uploader had 3 different accounts and ditched all of them, so I assume they aren't active at all anymore.
