so my tablet pen nib is flat as shit and this is what happened when I tried to pass the time...I've never seen a meme like this before

Despised character: Brick, for being the embodiment of every shitty guy that ever lived, and for being the worst of his brothers lol
Most overrated character: Bubbles. She's the most popular character of the girls, probably because she has the most focus in the show, and is most like a normal five year old little girl. But I just think she's boring and annoying most of the time....
Most underrated character: PROFESSOR UTONIUM. Literally no other character gets so much undeserved flack. He's one of the best dads ever, sweet, hilarious, handsome, brave, smart, everything! And he's usually shoved aside or ignored by the majority of the fandom, not to mention all the people who are like "LOLOLOL WHY WAS HE MAKING LITTLE GIRLS IN HIS BASEMENT LOLOL" seriously it's not even funny, it's sexist as fuck and just perpetuates the idea that men can't want to be fathers without wanting to molest their kids or something. He's fucking precious and important and I love him ;_;
Favorite pairing: Bubbles/Robin, Professor/Him, Blossom/Aku. Fucking glorious OTPs. Look at all those canon interactions omg my babies
Despised pairing: Blossom/Brick. Thanks to SBJ and the essays she wrote to support her reasoning for More Than Human, I can now see literally any other pairing working out, even Boomer/Bubbles, Buttercup/Butch, and mixed PPG/RRB. For Blossick, you always have to change something about Brick to make it work because it can't happen otherwise. You have to make him much smarter to even give him a CHANCE, not to mention try to explain away or change his being a sexist prick. No, he won't just "grow out of it" and there's nothing that says otherwise. He's a fucking psychopath with nothing to make up for it. Like bruh, if you can't ship the characters as is, and have to change them before trying to make it work somehow, then I don't want it...
Favorite episode: Every episode from seasons 1-4. Every single one because I can't pick a favorite!!
Despised episode: Not so much despised as just...least favorite. Does anyone even remember "Prime Mates"? It's boring and feels really cheap, not even funny...also how dare you shit on Droopy with Mopey Popo.
Favorite villain: Mojo Jojo has always been my favorite villain. He's really original and just the right mix of funny and terrifying, he and the girls have been rivals since the very beginning, and I loved the PPG movie more than I can ever say. <3
Despised villain: The resurrected Rowdyruff boys. They were an interesting concept, but shouldn't have been brought back. Although their return episode was pretty brilliant, it was also fucking brutal, and one of the most cringeworthy episodes in the series. Now the boys aren't just blindly following orders from Mojo, or looking for random people to beat up and being led to the girls; they're angry at the girls for killing them and laughing about it, they know what they're doing now. They're not "innocent little boys" anymore in any sense of the word. The entire plot of "The Boys Are Back In Town" is literally, "The boys get boners, are now much more powerful, and torture/rape the girls in a kid-friendly way for ten minutes until the girls 'threaten their masculinity' by feminizing them and implying they have little dicks". After that episode, seriously, fuck them.
Boy Toys makes Princess seem cute and that's about it; Bubble Boy is...weird (but funny in some places); Custody Battle is interesting and full of Mojo/Him; Clipsville is hilarious but the joke of the teenagers scene is lost on most of the fandom who thinks it's serious

Is it strange that in this story I made, the Rowdyruffs are infected with this demon Him uses that makes them good and makes the Powerpuff Girls (well, just Blossom and Buttercup) bad enough that they wanna rule over Townsville?
Basically, think Mega Man X, only replace the Maverick Virus with a little gremlin like demon that burrows into you and sucks up all the bad things about you and gives them to someone else, while simultaneously draining the good from that person and gives their positivity to you.

I agree with it all except that TBABIT is my favorite episode (though your description of it is pretty much the whole episode in a nutshell, I'll admit) and I happen to like the Resurrected!RRB. And I entirely respect your opinions.

"Uh Oh Dynamo" - probably my favorite episode, it has everything a good ppg story needs: a problem the girls can't solve on their own, endless homages to pop culture, lots of action, professor being professor, fantastic visual gags, etc. also i brought the vhs to class in elementary school when it was my turn to pick something for movie friday and the whole class decided it was their favorite shit ever and that left an impression on me too
"The Bare Facts" - i really like rashomon episodes and the stylistic differences between the girls when they tell their sides of the story. it's one of the best episodes for reference as far as the girls' characterization goes. also, the entire plot of the episode happens because the girls are too nice to tell the mayor that they can see his wiener, which is hilarious
"Criss Cross Crisis" - fucking iconic, same reasons uh oh dynamo is good but a LOT sillier. also good for characterization; if the characters switch bodies but are still clearly recognizable, that's good writing bro.
"A Very Special Blossom" - people hate this episode but i love it and refer to it constantly because it shows that blossom is pretty much the most selfish and manipulative ppg which is interesting to me. also, daddy issues
"Members Only" - literally everything in this episode is borderline pornographic innuendo or dick jokes, i have no fucking idea how it was ever allowed to air but it's brilliant. it's a shining example of just how far you can go without crossing the line into "oh man this show is NOT for kids" territory. the girls' demonstrations are notable, and so is the overall message which is extremely progressive even by today's standards, but i will never forget buttercup's "and mandingo's the bomb!" hnhvbhxcvhb

It wouldn't be Bubbles because I personally don't think she's overrated...
She's just the best character in the show.
(Obvious kidding around is obvious. Even if I do think Bubbles is kind of fun and funny. Also, I liked her because she seemed the most slightly unhinged of the three, by just a bit.)
Honestly, I don't interact with the fandom much, so I don't think I'd know who to put as most overrated other than the RRB. Hell, for the longest time I thought people liked Bubbles the least of the girls, so that shows how much I don't interact with the fandom.
Favorite character would be all three of the PPG though. If you can put all three RRB as despised villain, I can put all three of the girls.
Most underrated gets the same vote as me with the good Professor Utonium and I agree those jokes are getting older than the oldest old thing that ever did old.
Favorite Paring doesn't have much stake with me, but Utonium and Keane would be fine with me (mainly because I don't like how that episode ended) and Bubbles and Robin actually seems kind of cute. Also, it would be funny to me if for a change people just didn't assume Buttercup would be the one who turns out to be homosexual for a change. If Buttercup was gay, that be fine, but call me crazy, but I have a feeling most people just assume that of her because she's a tomboy.
Despised Paring: Any Puff and Ruff combo. Even if I don't interact with the fandom much, I've still noticed how its all over the place and its boring.
Despised Character AND Villain: The RRB. I just think they're boring, I thought they were boring since their creation and I still think they're boring. I've seen nothing interesting done with them and probably won't anytime soon, if ever. Granted this is my opinion, but I just think they're boring. They only good thing that comes from them is that we get an occasional fight interesting fight scene between them and the girls and other than that the only interesting thing that has come from the RRB is that one time Bubbles ate a cockroach in "Bubble Boy."
I never did like the whole, evil twin or clone thing, so perhaps I'm a bit one sided with this. I'll admit that.
Favorite Episode: "Knock it Off" I just really like this one. Also, freaky deformed Puff mutants and a villain who somehow comes off as more irredeemable than Him.
Despised Episode: "Clipsville" yes I get the joke, including the aged up one, but I still don't like it being anywhere near the show. So maybe not really mot despised episode, but more like most despised moment.
Okay, Mojo in wedding gown, was kind of funny... Screw it, "Clipsville" isn't so bad, I just like to keep the fast forward button nearby for it.
Favorite Villain: Okay, yes, Mojo is awesome. He's the most developed villain in the show and he's even a little charismatic, but as cool as Mojo is... My personal favorite villain is actually Princess, and probably not any of the reasons you think. In fact, if Princess wasn't a villain, I wouldn't like her, she's annoying, spoiled, and just a total brat. All that is saved by the fact that being a villain, it just means she's doing her job by being so unlikable. And I also just like the amount of hate that surrounds her.
In a strange act of Transcendence she's managed to not only antagonize the PPG, but an entire group of people who she doesn't even know exists. To me, that's the greatest thing a villain can do. To make not only the hero of their fiction hate them, but the audience. And the hate for Princess is stronge with this fandom, even I can see that. There is just so much hate for this character from the moment the world saw her first few frames of animation. If one were to take every frame of animation that Princess has in the entire series and engrave the word HATE into them, of those hundreds of miles of animation frames, it would not equal one one-billionth of the hate the fandom feels for Princess at this micro instant. For her. Hate. Hate.
Well, that's the impression I get sometimes, but then again what do I know.
Man Princess is such an spoiled little annoying brat with zero redeeming qualities, and she is just a horrid little thing. She's so awful, she's the best.

Heh, its obvious that this is all true, I mean not even Him is able to hold a candle to Mojo in the villain department, Blossom is obviously the best one, and the most real among them aswell, I never cared for the Rowdy Ruff boys as they seemed more forced then anything else, though I have to give kudos to Mojo for being able to create beings as powerful as them with sewage, I don't understand why everyone wants them as a couple just because of the kissing scene, also, they blew up at that point and shouldn't have been around anymore, the professor is always underestimated, but when push comes to shove he can actually make all powerful weaponry and is quite butch himself when needed, as for the other monkey, that was just.... No, simply... No. Finally, of course the best pairing is Blossom and Aku, anyone who disagrees needs to get their head examined.... That said, they are allowed to their own opinion, I just really don't agree with it.

I agree on ALL of this really.
Most of everything from seasons 1-4 was just brilliant with the exception of just two episodes. I have to admit that my favorites are Speed Demon, Power-Noia, HIM diddle riddle, Not So Awesome Blossom, and Mojo Bubbles.
I can agree that Bubbles is the most overrated character due to the fact that because she behaves like a normal 5-6 year old while Blossom and Buttercup behave like they are 10, is why she gets the most attention. I wouldn't say she has the MOST focus in the show. I think that they were represented equally. However, I think the fandom likes Bubbles a bit too much. Especially because she's "cute". She also happens to be my least favorite Powerpuff Girl with my most favorite being either Blossom or Buttercup depending on my mood. I don't hate her but she's just my least favorite.
Now, as for Brick. I share your feelings about him. I really despise the character and I think that every glorification about him in the fandom is a spit to the continuity of the show as a whole. I don't even see WHY other girls in the fandom would have the hots for him when he's just a stupid sexist, mysogynic sociopath who has come to represent all of male wrongs. In fact, as a whole, I hate the RRBs because they list every male stereotype and say that ALL males must act like this. I also HATED TBABIT because of said sexism. Just because they think they own a pair of testicles, they think they can steamroll the PPGs (and actually had the power and will to do so.) which shows their misogynistic nature but worst of all, Brick. I also hated the end of the episode. It would have been a satisfying ending really after the girls destroyed their masculinity but the "Battle of the sexes" quote by the narrator killed it for me.
Anyways, that's just my two pennies on the matter.

I agree on the most part except Bubbles being most overrated. In my opinion Buttercup is most overrated (by the fandom) because a lot of people seem to like the "tomboy" character stereotype. And I absolutely hate the RRB because wow seriously they're just evil copies of PPG and it's so fucking sexist. Like they were trying to say all boys are gross and treat girls like shit (many other male characters in the show do the same thing and it makes me kind of sad, it's a great show). With RRB and Powerpunk Girls we have three sets of the same character designs (only with slight changes), I don't get what the creators were trying to do, where they out of ideas? Because the plots with those characters are good.

The original rowdyruff episode was pretty good. It gave the girls an enemy they couldn't beat seemingly because of their gender, but then they had to use that very "disadvantage" to their advantage. The boys were also more competent in their debut episode. If they hadn't died and come back to life as rapists then idk, maybe something better could have happened for them. I think they were more of a comment on how little boys are more aggressive and tease/bully girls (Brick even says "Hey, you're supposed to start crying when we hit you") and how that isn't cute or acceptable.
Also I've just seen TONS of people try to give Blossom's qualities and role in the team to Bubbles, even in canon, and she's consistently the favorite PPG in big polls because she represents the target demographic. Buttercup is generally the favorite of most of the boys who watch the show, and Blossom is less relatable for most people so she's typically the least favorite ;_;

Hm, I didn't think about it. But the fact most of the male characters in the show are either disgusting (RRB, the Gangreen Gang), stupid (the Mayor, the Amoeba Boys, Fuzzy Lumpkins) ugly or just plain weird is sad. The only good male character is Professor Utonium (and yes he is awesome!), even most of the male villains are based on the "just evil for no reason/destructive teenager" factor. I know it's a show for girls but... they could've give it a bit more depth. Like in Samurai Jack where were good and bad characters of both genders and villains being bad because of reasons (even though most of them were just bounty hunters... there still were female bounty hunters with great skills) even if it's show for boys. On the other hand I kinda like that there was no good boy character in Powerpuff Girls because the fandom would go crazy and ship every female character (especially PPGs) with him.
Whoa, I didn't know that o: I can't decide who's my fav PPG - Bubbles or Blossom. I'm very much like Blossom, bossy and nerdy at the same time (and I become very angry when nobody does what I say and they screw up in the end), and Bubbles is just plain cute, she likes stuffed animals and very emotional which is similar to me too. And Buttercup is absolutely nothing like me except she's rude and people say I kinda am too... And I don't like tomboy characters

I agree on most of these opinions apart from Despised pairing. Don't get me wrong, I love Aku-Bloss, but there are some people who dislike crossovers. (whenever it's crack-shipping or official*) Not only that, but I kinda like BrickxBloss. I can agree that the resurrected versions do suck a little, but that's all I can say about it.
Still, it's nice to see your views on PPG. Keep up the good work nonetheless.

As for crossovers, I don't think PPG, Jack, and Dexter's Lab take place in separate worlds, they just happen at various parts of the same timeline. Not everyone agrees, but the evidence is there... if people want to miss out, that's their choice
