I JUST MADE A FOLDER ICON HNTTJJTJgtjdTJSEJUTSEDJTSJSTYeah.
I`ve been organizing my drawing stuff and decided to download some custom folders.=w=
It killed me when I found that there were no America ones,so I made this out of stuff I found.
AND IT IS QUITE BEAUTIFUL!
I might make more....of America,most likely,but more!
You can use it,I guess....
How to use:
Once you`ve downloaded,choose the folder you want it to be.Right click and choose "Properties".Then click on "Customize".(if no Customize appears click "Open Folder Location" before clicking on "Properties")Once in Customize,click "Change Icon".Click "Browse".Go to where you saved the file and click on it.TA-DA~!

When i browse for a picture to set it as a file image, none of the images in my folder show up, so i cant set them

Are they .ico or .icon files?

That`s why they won`t show up.
If they`re not downloading as .ico files you can use GIMP to convert them. (if you don`t have it it is a very useful drawing program)
When you`re saving the file just put ".ico" at the end.
