Description I've had this WIP sittin' around for a while, but I decided to finally color it in today because it is International Mermaid Day  
This mermaid character is part of the line of super-adorable bobbleheads made by a company called Wooderful Life, who I had known because of their elaborate music boxes. Unfortunately they're mostly out of stock, but I'm happy I can see pictures of them and still draw them
