Well, this is what brothers SHOULD be like, isn't it??? xDI mean, not seriously turning against each other, or shooting each other, or plotting to use each other, and so on...
Using the other as a seat doesn't count. Those feathers are SOFT, so I can totally understand THAT!
Same goes for Doffy too of course, but he is as dangerous as he is fluffy. >_<
Haha, sorry about that, but this was one of the silly ideas I got thanks to the fluffy feather coat I use with my cosplay. It's very comfortable to sit on. ^^"

One of the things I love about OP is the fact that both Luffy and Doflamingo love sitting on other people, creatures, or in general top of something. It must be their Conqueror's Haki. XD

I like how you have the note saying GTFOM for Cora-san. It's keeping up the illusion that he cannot speak. Knowing how clumsy he is, he probably fell down close to where he was supposed to conference with DoFlamingo about something, and Doffy decided, "Waste not, want not." and used him as a chair.
