Haha. I have a large envelope that contains tons of paper that fit into exactly that category. Often I'l get one sheet of paper to try and use only a portion of of it and it gets tossed into the stash.

... Random unrelated question, but have you tried the Yupo plastic watercolour paper or the Strathmore with the plastic in it? Stretching is such a bore.

I love the yupo for abstract work, but it's really hard to keep realistic works on it. I just use 300# paper then I don't stretch it.
