Description
Here is my zombie guitar body. This was my second guitar body to carve. I used a Dremel to carve the wood. Then I used wood burning techniques to add additional detail. Followed that up with wood stain and inks for color.Related content

Thanks! Oh yes, it will be finished at some point but by a skilled guitar tech. Pretty sure I would wire everything up wrong

I've been watching a lot of tech material on YouTube, but yes-
I tend to agree with you! I have don a lot by the age of 59..
but never got a working knowledge of electrical.

this almost looks like rotting flesh or in the first stages of decomposing. i really enjoy how the anatomy is incorporated on this to make it look like a rib cage or somewhere near the spine

Thanks for the comments! It was a bit tricking trying to envision what the skeletal system of a guitar might be and how to execute the carving without jeopardizing the integrity of the guitar. It still has to be played right
