Description I really, really, really wish I had a better image of this piece as it's one of my favourites! All I have is a bad xerox that has been scanned.

This was created as a birthday gift for my closest friend, ~juliet418 . This was her favourite scene that was left out of Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone. I used some random bottle lying about the house and set up a still life to re-create the scene depicted in the book. Originally, this piece was to have flames where the negative space is, but it began to look too busy. Oh well, I still love this piece!

Harry Potter portray by Daniel Radcliffe and Hermione Granger by Emma Watson.

Title: Snape's Challenge
Medium: mechanical pencils: 4H, 2H, HB, 2B,4B on strathmore sketch paper.
(Also used: Q-tips, tissue, pencil eraser, stick eraser)
Size: Approx. 9 x 11 inches (to be honest, I really don't remember the weird size I gave it...oops).

I know! The entire time I was drawing this I had the same feeling. I can't believe how little they were.

I'm glad you like the bottles, as they really are mine (amazing what I can find in the garage).
