Watercolor and Acrylic on Paper51 cm x 70 cm
I recently watched the documentary 'Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds' which talks about an invisible vibratory energy that exists throughout the universe and connects all things. I was so inspired by this concept that I wanted to try portray this in paint. When looking for inspiration, I came across the Greek primordial deity - Gaia, who is responsible for the creation of the earth and the universe, and thought that she would be the perfect way to portray this concept.
The painting is mostly done in watercolour, except for the stars and a couple of highlights which I have used white acrylic paint.
