Description
My OC Aymeric, who's the queen of a country called Parnelle.
The country is accursed and when the ruler is happy, the country turns into a paradise made up of candy and sweets. When the ruler is sad or angry, it is only made of barren stone, dieing trees and the heaven is yellow.
But that's not the only characteristic.
You might see it in the background: A part of the country next to the castle of the ruler exists twice.
There's a mirrored version of this part of the country over the original one that's upside down.
Nobody knows why it is there, but the people are adapted to it by now. ^^

About the technical information: Did some studies before I started painting.
I used Photoshop CS2, Corel Painter 11 and my Wacom Intuos 3 Tablet for this one.
It took me about 6 hours I guess, that's quite less ^^

I decided to not to give her much jewelry, because due to her curled hair she's quite the focus of the painting already and too many details would have destroyed the compostion.
I decided to do the country in its barrened version, not because she's angry or sad at the moment, but because of the atmosphere in general. I wanted a strong foreground with the character as focus, and a very strict and simple background with les details but lots of presence.
