It is not a fast bike, but it can haul a heavy load over rough terrain. It is also quite massive.

This bike is so heavy that it holds itself up once you get it moving... The problem for you riding it would be the length of your legs. I am six feet tall, so that seat is a long way from the pedals... It is a rather large bike.
