Description
Just to put everything straight: Tarascon is on the Rhone and in Provence. Crossing the bridge you come to Beaucaire which is on the River Gardon in Occitanie.
For eons the 2 Towns were continually fighting wars......Beaucaire was predominently Catholic and Tarascon Protestant.
The 2 rivers meet just south of Avignon.
Our home is in Beaucaire. We also have a castle too!

Oh Vinsky I am sorry to hear this...........very weird because we had beautiful weather in Italy but the sea (on the first few days) was amazing. No waves but huge swell!
