Jenny I am blaming you and this picture!!!Β I have started a new project to discover more about mosses and lichens. I even borrowed a book from the library to swot up on them. So thanks just what I needed more stuff to do!!!!Β Β

Please do keep 'baming' meeeee...............!
My bottom garden is coming along. I too went on the internet and should have listened more.
As it is: I should have cleared all gravel away!Β Now I am putting minute stones under the clay!!!!!!!!
Clay soil: I didn't listen!
Have an area which is shaded: I have steps/into the garden....which I keep watering for more moss.
Trying the clay balls....one puts in flower pots, to see if this helps retain the moisture!
NO soil: this makes weeds grow!
Will take a pic. soon.
I am sincerely 'pissed off' with MY self too. This takes up so much of my time.
OH yes: brilliant: I can now use a hand brush to take off the little gravel!
Onward and upward.
Can't help thinking this looks likeΒ a f----ing GOLF COURSE!!
Good luck.
