phew, i worked on this for waaaay too long
and i am so fed up with it now ;_;
sorry for the messy pencil sketch, i don't have time to redraw the lineart

that's supposed to be Hong Kong from Hetalia but it doesn't really look like him and i hate his eyes, i couldn't fix it T_T
i tried out a lot of new ways to paint on SAI and played around with layers, effects, filters, etc on photoshop

if you haven't noticed, i used the same texts and chinese calligraphy image from last year's ox drawing [link]
i wanted to keep this up every year, drawing a pic for every chinese new year hehe

anyway, it's so late for me to say this but Happy Chinese New Year!!! i had fun drawing the tiger
(i love tigers, such gorgeous wild creatures but they're on the brink of extinction in china)
oh and also Happy Valentine's Day! these two events happening on the same day occur only about every 50 years haha
