Fail bg is fail. I HATE drawing scenery. Please forgive the bs computer and stuff. For fellow Gimp users, Softglow and Cartoonify are your friend, when it comes to cel shading to get that anime look. ;D

ZOMG, what is this, Thiefshipping?

Well, kinda. It's fan art of LittleKuriboh... uh, I mean... MARIK'S Let's Play of "Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines." It is HILARIOUS, by the way. Go watch it. RIGHT NOW. [link]

The whole thing is done entirely in character, with Marik Ishtar playing the game while Bakura occasionally makes snide remarks. All in the Yu Gi Oh: Abridged universe, of course.

Anyway, episode 6 is especially funny, and LittleKuriboh is laying on the subtext so thick it's really just TEXT now. ...Of course, Marik still insists that he's totally straight.

I OWN NOTHING. Yu Gi Oh! ain't mine. Also, credit for the scenario goes to LittleKuriboh, not me. I just thought this one was especially worth illustrating.

Also, can you believe that I'm a long-time fan of this series, yet this is the first fan art I've ever drawn for it? I mean the abridged series, though I never drew any YGO fan art either. I've been a fan since a friend showed me way back in high school, when there were only a couple episodes that had been made so far. Back when LittleKuriboh could still go by that name on YouTube *coughStupidBanCough*

And now it's turned into a huge worldwide phenomenon. I mean, how many people alive today can honestly say that they've launched an entire genre? LittleKuriboh has done an amazing thing. That, and he's a good person. Wish I could meet him.

Anyway, I can't believe how many people have already commented and favorited this little doodle. I don't know if I'll be able to keep up and actually respond to everyone who's shown their love, but I really do appreciate it. <3

Sorry I'm hardly ever active on deviantART these days, save for a sporadic flood of updates every now and then. College keeps me pretty busy, so I never know when I'll have both the free time AND the good ideas to make art.
