lol, can't believe I drew this frucktard character again. Shit.Yeah Yeah, did the contours and stuff and without noticing it I shaded it.
(but he did turn out pretty realistic, without much effort)
no reference duh, fuking drew him so many times (check gallery) that i can draw him with a finger and some air.
2 hrs, during school.
.5mm 4B mech pencil.
edit: remastered his sneer due to someone's harsh (not really, just wanna make them feel bad) words of the expression not fully capturing grimmjow's true spirit.

Hahah, the anime version is trash compared to the manga, like nearly every other title.
Then again, that comes from someone who admires artwork over storyline.

Everytime I draw Grimm, that effing jawbone just pisses me off and I have to continually rework it over and over. The one Im currently working on, I screwed up the proportion, and Im too lazy to feel like fixing it, so any hardcore fan would notice theres an extra tooth in it.
But this is really cool. I like the style of it. Awesome.

Do you mean it's strange because I made him for some reason resemble Ichigo? I can't seem to find any similarities no matter how much I stare into it right now lol. Those are two very distinctive characters.
Can you point out which aspect of grimmjow here is problematic?

Not necessarily problematic, but I think the hair looks a little more Ichigo in this picture. I think the face structure also resembles Ichigo's face, Grimmjow's is usually longer. That's just the way my eyes perceived it, please don't be offended at my comparison. I like both of those characters, so maybe that why I see that similarity. Nonetheless, your work is great.
