awesome concept - i recently started drawing a character which is female and melded into a tree, gaining plant-like properties and such - this puts it to shame : (. great drawing though : ).

I saw this picture and was reminded of one of my role playing characters, Artemis. She's much like your witch in appearance, minus the lovely lack of modesty. ^///^ It's a GAWGEOUS pic. Artemis has a close affinity to nature and can entwine her soul with that of a tree if the dire need should arise. I wouldn't necessarily say it were exactly like your lovely maiden, but the general melding is there. Alright, I'll shut up now. >X3
