I wonder how they manage to have these and no lawsuits.
Maybe everyone is more or less armed in the town and shoots lawyers on sight. That would do it.

Skateparks are popping up all over the place. Several of the local smaller communities here have them as well. And, they don't require helmets either.
I grew up riding and skating, still ride a lot - and insurance was alway an issue/excuse when we tried to get something built like this. I don't know how they do it, but I've witnessed several pretty tricky injuries here, and oddly enough, people seem to take responsibility for their actions. Nutty idea, I know
Lots of people here carry guns I believe. Have yet to see a lawyer get shot though. But, I always have camera with me
