This is fantastic. I've been up and down with 3D for years and I can't imagine having enough "control" to model and texture something as detailed as this. Though this image is an abstraction of some sort, it feels as though it really exists and we are mearly viewing a photograph of it!
I've only got a few 3D pieces up on my DA. They are the last two models I've made and textured. I'm trying to get back into it. But I don't imagine that I'll ever be competition for you. lol.
