Another raku piece. White glaze is Dave's Clear crackle- when the piece is pulled out of the kiln at 1000 degrees, the cool air cracks the glaze and exposes the bare clay which turns black.The leaves are copper frit glaze- depending when the piece is pulled, it can either be bright blues or rainbows, or straight copper.
piece is approximately 13" in diameter.
