The roof bearing horizontal columns (?) have a phong issue. It looks like you beveled the edges - either delete the phong tag or lower it to something like 20 degree. that should make them look less round.

nice colours but for direct sunlight parts of the room are much too dark.

Agreed. This isn't the final render by far. There are several things I plan on fixing. I was just messing around with some post effects. Thanks for the feedback though.
