so yeah,first upload in a while! so anyways, this is one of my newest images,its an illustration from the forth coming book "Hatter Bones" which is a collection of short stories,this one is for the story "Farewell to the Flesh" by Jonathan WoodThanks a lot for looking! Lots of good texture (too much?). Although it is a little familiar it still feels fresh, either way it's done well. I dig the character and the presence of the ferris wheel. Very Alice Cooper.

Thanks a lot! I actually used a photo of Alice Cooper and one of king Diamond for refrence,I wanted it to look like a mix Tom Waits & Alice Cooper,but what I had in my head didnt come out all the way.

i love the blothcy texture of the moon and some of the crows and its contrast with the more "drawn" sharper lines. i love the ferris wheel almost fading into the background, very beautiful. and the cracks in the sky are an unexpected element that fits very well. great piece.

This is so different from anything I've seen of yours. I really like it. The background is very nicely developed. The character seems almost like a threatening Pied Piper. He's very dark and frightening, but at the same time I have a desire to follow where he leads.

Thanks a lot! thats pretty much the base idea behind the figure,I had planned on adding in a lot more carnaval to it in the back ground but it made the ferres wheel less noticable,which was not ok...and stuff!

Very nice blend of Mr. Gone from The Maxx and Carnivale. I had trouble seeing what the figure's right hand is doing, until the Ferris wheel gave me the context.
