Immeasurably awesome.

The use of white as the primary color and then black for the focus points of the picture is unconventional, and therefore really grabs people's attention.

How the mouth/teeth and arms are the only things visible of the "figure" is downright scary - and that is very excellent thing. This is a benchmark for macabre/horror art. Encore!
