Hello sweeties,

It's been a long time since I showed you my stuffy collection. It's grown to the extent that now have several in a webbed hamper hanging in one corner of the bedroom. 😍 I still have my first stuffie from my Babcia (Polish Grandma) Alina. A couple of others were gifted to me before that sainted woman passed away. 💔 My dad gifted some as well, but I keep only one for sentimental value.

But the majority are the ones I "rescue" myself, or the ones that my sweet hubby Lee brings back on his business trips or happens to come across at random places. I rescue a lot of gently used, pre-owned toys because I don't want them to feel unloved again. That's how I ended up with Mr. Sharky and Emily the Hippo among others. I named Emily after Emily Dickinson and Emily Bronte. Emily is white hippo with such a sweet pink nose and pink bow in her hair and so so soft! 💕💞🥰 🦛 Mr. Sharky loves to chomp on my ear when my hubby isn't around because he's naughty! 🦈

Early on my relation, I knew Lee was the perfect partner for me; I'd send him selfies of me pretending to sleep with my furry kids. He'd text something like, "Kisses your sleeping eyes, cheeks, and lips, kisses our stuffies' noses." Isn't Lee the dreamiest!?! 😍🥰😍 He completely understands that I need my decompression time from a heated fight. Whenever he passes our bedroom, seeing my furry children all around their fur Mama, he beams, knowing that I am in my happy place. Sometimes, he'll stop to see if the kiddos and I need our snackses. 🐒🐒🐒 And other times, I give him those bedroom eyes. So, he helps me move the children away and covers their innocent eyes with the baby blanket before naughty monkey business. 🙈
