I've got this head-canon where Ritsu is sitting alone reading manga as usual, gets bored of it and turns to American gag comics. She reads for a while, getting more bored until she sees one of the characters giving another a wedgie, and since Japan doesn't have a translatable word for it in the context of a prank, the editor has to explain what it is to her on the side panel. She then grins and decides:

"I gotta try that on Mio tomorrow."

And knowing Azusa, she'd probably want to complain about how they can't practice now without a drummer, before deciding against it for fear that she could be next.

The potential for Keionbu wedgie wars could be pretty entertaining indeed.

I could totally see Yui observing Mio and Ritsu's antics and deciding to see how it feels to give one to Azusa.

Then, of course, she ends up feeling guilty for hurting her beloved Azunyan, and surrenders her panties in payback. Yui's too nice to just be a giver.
