Yayz, have I ever mention I love painting space?
Kojiro, launch a rocket, now! xDDDDI'm also sketching Jessie's part, but I'm not sure if I finish it xD I managed to do female face, but the worst part is the body, ya know xD;
Colored on my laptop (well, colors looked better there D
, I don't have a graphic program on my comp anymore :/ Hope it doesn't suck xDJames/Kojiro (C) - whoever owns him D: (I know everything about Team Rocket, but don't know who owns them lulz)

You mean Satoshi Tajiri. It's certainly not him, because he invented just some basic plot for games, not the anime and characters xD; And he doesn't even own Pokemon anymore, since he sold his idea of Pokemon game to Nintendo xD; The whole rest of the business was run by multiple corporations... and that's a lots of people....
But it's better if you don't know who copyrights him, because you start to think of him more like he's a real human than some copyrighted material done for moneyz and for brain's rape of girls and young women (but some men too)xD;
But personally, I love thinking that real Team Rocket's creator is Junki Takegami, one of the Pokemon writers. Of course, he didn't design them, but he wrote about 80% of the best Team Rocket episodes, and it was mainly him, who created a such wonderful personalities and gave them past. I love him, he's my personal kami-sama
