Vulgar Display of Power: Begins stuffing vermin (mice, frogs, snakes) down his opponent's throat at high speed until they become bloated. At this point, Dr. Ryan will either kick or punch them in the stomach, causing them to explode. He then cackles madly before doing the running man in their blood and entrails.

Extra Information:

† Dr. Ryan's right eye is not only deformed, but is highly sensitive to light, hence why he usually keeps it covered.

† His favourite foods are fried chicken, strawberry milkshakes, human flesh, and coco puffs, but never together save for maybe a combination of fried chicken and strawberry milkshakes.

† He has a pet chupacabra (Puerto Rican variety) named Señor Licky, which had been taser-trained NOT to attack friends, family and neighbors unless told to do so. Señor Licky is also house-broken.

† His saliva carries a form of 'plague', which when entered into a victim's bloodstream (usually via biting), the subject will go insane in a matter of days. Luckily, this ability only works on normal humans and Neo-Children.

† His bodily functions have also been designated toxic waste. This makes using the bathrooms outside of Hell particularly troublesome.

† Dr. Ryan has an extreme hatred for his boss Dr. Dieter Thodt. This could be related to past life happenings, but no one is really sure. Regardless Ryan plays nice since Dieter's wife is also his Landlady.

† He used to hunt down, kill, and dissect prostitutes (taking some of his samples home with him to eat later), but he has since moved onto pedophiles, which he stalks via the internet while playing the part of a adolescent girl (or adolescent boy if he has to). Once he finds a proper target, he arranges to meet them some place quiet (like down an alley), then proceeds to kill and dissect them in the same manner he used to kill the prostitutes.

† Dr. Ryan is what's known as a "Physical Idiosyncrasy," meaning no matter how badly he is injured or even if he is killed, he will always regenerate and self-resurrect like new. Kind of like a starfish.

† Dr. Ryan's weapons of choice are scalpels, bonesaws, and his IV (which is used in the same manner as a javelin), but a little know fact is that he actually DOES carry a gun, but he rarely uses it. He also uses a Caitlin Knife on occasion.

† The liquid in Ryan's IV is an artificial form of demonic energy. This energy allows him to teleport and take on his "War Form," which consists of powder blue skin and and spiky-clubbed tail. Also, Dr. Ryan gets a speed boost, a long prehensile tongue, and the ability to cling to walls in this form.

† Two clones of Ryan are known to exist: Project: BEO and Ryanna. Since Ryan is considered a form of "Physical" perfection in NeverRealms, there may very well be others.

† Dr. Ryan has an extreme aversion to Mrs. Butterworth. This is thought to be stemmed from childhood incidents involving his older brothers chasing him around with the bottle and threatening to 'cover him in little sticky kisses'.

† Kevin Ryan was Dr. Ryan's identical (pre-madness/Gluttony) Twin brother who was a psychiatrist and the only person Ryan felt he could really trust. But then Kevin was kill tragically by a metafluke named Diamante Spaulding when he tried to calm her down and take away not only the butcher knife she was carrying to defend herself, but the Cheetos she was carrying as well.

† Dr. Ryan was born in Albany, New York on September 7, 1969 to a large Irish-Catholic family, although Hell has records of a much earlier existence.
