I don't draw Ciel often. She's not one of my favorite Mega Man Zero characters. But, she does make for good moody themed art, so here she is, and her little Baby Elf too. Not really like her to be bathed in darkness, but that's why I like this pic.

Kind of looks like the Resistance Base is suffering a blackout or something. Kind of makes sense when you consider in the desperate energy shortage that the era has. I imagine people would be succumbing to power outages often, and conserving resources as much as possible. Maybe this is an example of the base doing just that?
