hey! I got the curtain rail thing from ikea - its the cheapest one thats there... i bought two. You do need a drill and stuff and two screws but its so easy.
Or you could use string and you know those picture framing loop hooks, or the wee hooks from the back of pin boards? I preffered the curtain wire from ikea because it was strongest. If you dont have one near you you can try ebay but ebay is usually a lot more expensive than ikea! They may even deliver online if ur in the states
