Description Warm up piece. I haven't touched a paintbrush in so long due to my work for the past 9 months in Europe, and I'm feeling a bit skittish about painting and have to work myself back up.

While on this project, I have filled 1 and 1/3rd sketchbooks with my crazy ideas... mostly done in bars and restaurants.

With this one, I had no clue what to draw one evening. After I paid for my drinks at the bar with my credit card, I kept it out and just started using it as a straight edge and began drawing the lines... thus the title. Thought it looked kind of cool when I finished.

Acrylic and sharpie on masonite......

Thanks Ros,

My daughter flipped through my sketchbooks and asked me to do this one for her. I think she liked the title more then the piece itself (I usually write where I drew the sketch and date, becomes a journal... and I had put the credit card thing on the drawing)

It has a very unique use of geometry, and it ends up looking quite stylish. I like this!

I kept thinking about adding more color... but was afraid it would dilute the geometry.

Also, I wanted to move on to the next one
