Acrylic 11"x17" on illustration board. I've gotten pretty bored with working digitally lately, I think it's made me quite lazy, artistically speaking. So I've been doing a lot of traditional painting lately. just trying to get better. (and it's alot more relaxing to just push paint around.)I've always liked more cartoony art when it's rendered more 3 dimensionally(instead of cel shaded), so that's where this one's coming from. I think Wolverine is a bit more successful than Psylocke, but live and learn. and paint more.

This reminds me of a lot of the games that these two appeared in made by capcom, like X-Men vs Streetfighter, Marvel vs capcom, and so on. And I have fond memories of those games.

FUNNY STORY THO. I was browsing the pages and I saw this, had to back track do a double take cause when it was so small I didn't see the guys head, and it looked very much like she'd bitten off it off. Like a dang praying mantis. True dat, true dat.

Psylock seems like a trickster here. Like she's going to pull a prank on wolvie and she has the upperhand because of magic. Poor wolvie.
