Drawn April 2021.* More explanation that no one asked for. As explained by Prof. Pidgey back on page 67, Aerial Ace is a move based on instict that guides the user through the air to a target. Grape is still using Aerial Ace but his instict is that he is the center of attention, thus guiding the air towards him instead. Both cases lead to an attack that can't miss.
