A cute Dada and Welf - moment.
In my head(canon), this takes place some time after Dada's and Hop Tep's return from Egypt - which is why a) Dada's hair is short, and b) her and Welf seem to be on track again (after that bump they hit with, you know - her agreeing to go away while kinda forgetting that she was on her way into a committed relationship as well).

Of all the Ghostsitter pairings I ship (real or not), I imagine them to be the most impulsive ones - for better and for worse. They make a great comedic duo, with Dada constantly trying to get a rise out of Welf, while he tries and fails to ignore this - only to get back at her in the most unexpected moments. But there is also honest affection for one another, which they both have trouble communicating, because of their jaded natures - Welf generally has trouble connecting with people, and he has also been burned romantically in the recent past, so there is a truckload of reluctance there.
Dada has just come out of a toxic "work" relationship (in that she was pretty much enslaved to the Ghostsitter team's main opponent), which taught her that mistrust and guardedness is the best m.o. if you want to stay afloat, so she has to relearn being part of an actual team, without a hidden agenda.

But sometimes, it's just sweet.
