Description
The last of the "normal" Pokemon from Gen IX.Yet Palafin is far from the regular Pokemon. Not only Finizen barely changes upon evolution (which also has some unortodox requirements before proper level up). But also gains a super hero form change out of nowhere.
So yeah, Game Freak went nuts with their first true dolphin monsters...
Palafin is kinda humanoid already so the gijinka only had some adjustments.
